Why Liz?

For years as a teacher and yoga studio owner, Liz noticed people naturally came to her with their stories, their aches, their dreams. After COVID, she knew she needed more tools to hold space for the uncertainty and pain she was witnessing. Coaching gave her those tools — and she fell in love with the practice of witnessing and mirroring as a path to healing.

Just as yoga can shine a light on ways your body is misaligned; our bodies, hearts and minds will let us know when our lives are out of alignment. If you are a heart-centered seeker or studio owner who feeling stuck, burned out, or uninspired, join Liz for compassionate conversations to guide you through life’s transitions and crossroad moments.

Liz began practicing yoga in 1995 in Los Angeles. This led her to her first yoga teacher training (before there was a Yoga Alliance) in 2000. She began teaching in 2001 and launched her yoga business (Greenville Yoga) in 2005. She has been a staple and pioneer for healing in the Greenville, SC community.

Her time spent since 2009 with the O.G. Yoga Business Coach, Alón Sagee, kept her work relevant and thriving through a divorce, a business separation, a global pandemic, and a big leap to purchase her own building! Alón’s passing in 2024 felt like the torch was being handed to her to keep his voice alive.

“When life felt uncertain, I stumbled on a simple exercise from Martha Beck — and it worked. That one small step shifted everything. It showed me how powerful tiny, steady shifts could be, and set me on the path to becoming a Wayfinder Coach.”

Liz completed Wayfinder Life Coach Training in 2022 with Martha Beck and her awesome staff which included nine months of study and 70+ hours of practicum sessions. Liz has completed her mentorship program with the Martha Beck Institute and is officially a graduate and MBI Certified Coach. She holds a Level Two ACC certification with the International Coaching Federation.

Liz helped me discover concepts that have been under the surface and I hadn’t been able to reach yet.
